Hi,

You can enroll users with multiple options (security questions and verification code). Below is our work-flow for multi-factor authentication in identifying the users when resetting the password/unlocking the accounts.

1. The user access the web portal and configures the security questions and mobile number/alternate email address for receiving the verification code.
2. When resetting the password/unlocking the account, the users will receive the verification code to check his identity and then prompted the security questions.

Further, you can configure the captcha image during the enrollment process.
