Hi,


Please download and extract the patch file 'AdventnetADSMStartUp.jar' from the below link 



- Stop ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus service.


- Take a backup copy of the file 'AdventnetADSMStartUp.jar' as 'AdventnetADSMStartUp.jar_bak' which is located at "<installation_directory>\ManageEngine\ADSelfService Plus\lib' folder.


- Copy the extracted patch file to the above-mentioned location.


- Start ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus service.
