Hi,

You may get the issue, when "Single Sign-On" feature is enabled in our application. Please disable the feature to resolve the issue. 

* Click "Admin" tab --> Customize --> Logon.
* Disable " Enable Single Sign-On" check-box and click "Save" button.

If the issue still persists, then please send an email to our support team at

Adding Alternate email address and mobile number

Hi

During user enrollment i would like the users to add an alternative email and their phone numbers for verification codes. This is info not in AD so I need the users to manually add it while registering. I have checked the alternate recipient boxes in the Advanced part of the policy, but the it still only requests two answers to the security questions and then enrolls the user. Does anyone know if this possible?

Add "Forgot Username" functionality

I requested this by submitting an online form, but haven't heard anything back.
 
Is it possible to add a "Forgot Username" functionality, where the user enters an email, if the email address is in ADFS, you send the username to that email address?

Notification User limit E-mail

I am using the 5206 version ADSelfService 5.2.
Every Day 9 e-mail send  "ADSelfService Plus license count is about to reach its limit"
This e-mail of our settlement, we Is it possible to get weekly or monthly

Does anything have to be done to allow the reset password functionality to work outside like this?
 
At the moment, I've not done anything to my environment to make it accessible outside, but will it just work if I'm going through Citrix in this way? Or are extra steps needed?

After working with support, we found that the Enable Force Enrollment option had become unchecked after the upgrade.
 
Turning it back on got it working again!

Android App not displaying the new password fields

Hi 

Has anyone had the above issue? I have two users that can login and answer security questions but when it comes to changing their password the fields don't display. They are both using Lollipop 5.0 with the latest version of the app.

Hi, 

Please disable force users to update the mandatory fields upon logon to resolve the issue:

* Click "Configuration" tab --> Administrative Tools --> Self Update Layout.
* Click "Click to view the advanced options" icon under "Advanced" column, disable " Force users to update mandatory fields when they log in to the end-user portal" check-box and click "Done" button .
* Login as domain users and check for the issue.

I just checked, and that box is already un-checked/disabled.  This is why I assumed it was a "feature" of the newer builds.

originally we created the certificate request from the web interface.
does that mean we need to recreate it again with the command you've mentioned?
does the web interface use SHA-1 by default?

still not working, with the same error.

For the record, I've downloaded the certificate from GoDaddy as [Others], which gives me the 2 certificates as I mentioned on my original post.
Then I proceed to download the extra 2 certificates as advised. and then I ran the 4 commands.
(file path and name is different from my original post)

another thing ...
in the ADSelfService web console:
  1. Admin tab 
  2. Product Settings section > Connection
  3. click on SSL Certification Tool button
  4. on the right-pane, click the COMMANDS link (see screenshot below)

I just realized that all the certificates mentioned for GoDaddy certificates (root/cross/intermed) are all sha1 type:

  • gd_bundle.crt
  • gd_cross.crt
  • gd_intermed.crt
